Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Avoid this accommodation. This was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever seen(hostels are cleaner). The upstairs shower flooded. We were provided 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for two toilets. There was no kettle or toaster. All the cutlery and crockery was dirty and most broken in some fashion. The air conditioner did not work. The remotes for all appliances had dead batteries. It smelled. The kitchen sick did not have a stopper that fit, making it impossible to wash dishes. No dishwasher tabs were provided. All the tea towels and kitchen sponges were dirty and smelled. This is truly the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. I would recommend removing this from your inventory until remediation and inspection completed.
