Fairwinds cottage is a beautiful modern cottage in a year-round destination situated in Parksville, The cottage is a short walk to Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa, Restaurants, Riptide lagoon, and many other attractions.
Fairwinds has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

This modern 2 story cottage has a beautiful open floor plan & vaulted ceilings, fireplace & A/C add to the spaciousness & comfort. On the main floor, Fairwinds offers two queen size beds, as well as a 3 piece bathroom. With one twin bed and one queen size sofa bed in the semi open loft, this cottage will accommodate up to seven people with plenty of room for friends and family to rest and relax in comfort. Enjoy your large lawn & private deck as well as the resort's heated pool, hot-tub, fitness room & Riptide lagoon mini golf course.

Guests will have access to all the comforts of home and beyond including a full kitchen, two full baths, three bedrooms, private internet access, pool, hot tub and exercise room. Steps away from Rathtrevor Beach and Park there are countless things to explore within minutes of the front and back porch.

- Resort quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am
- Parking for one vehicle in driveway. Blocking other cottage driveways not permitted. Additional parking available first-come-first-serve in designated guest parking stalls.
- Towels and linens not to be taken from cottage except beach towels we provide.
- $50 charge for each missing key, or lost pool access card.
- No RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on premise.
