Nestled in the prestigious Marina Annex, this spacious property offers the ultimate retreat for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting excellent appliances, and plenty of cookware and utensils to whip up delicious meals. Dine indoors at the elegant dining table or take your meals al fresco on the spacious patio. Has it's own launch ramp and private beach.

All guests must sign the MVA Agreement in order to gain access. There is a parking tag in the house that must be on your vehicle and used for private beach access. $100 charge is not left at the house upon departure.

Nice Parker place

The property was nice with plenty of room for us parking is a little tight but not badNeighbors were kind and welcomingThe best part of this property is the private boat ramp, docks and cabana area on the river ! Easily walkable for anyone to go back and forth to the house

The property was nice but would probably not go back. Received a text saying we needed to move extra vehicles that were blocking access which we didn’t have. Not sure if property owner was confused and this applied to a different location but it definitely wasn’t us. Electrical throughout the house was not working properly, many switches didn’t work. Hot water was set low so couldn’t take a hot enough shower. Purchased the Roadrunner VIP package through APP provided by owner which we couldn’t redeem. Directions said to redeem at boutique or bar. Boutique was closed when we went and bar staff had no idea what I was talking about even when showing receipt, so we ended up paying out of pocket
