Not happy at all! No review listed at the time of booking. Just like prior guests, a few hours before check in, I was required to provide the first & last names of all guests to include their phone numbers. No surprise that there were 7 of us yet not enough towels, wash cloths, or hand towels for everyone. There was no: iron, ironing board, blow dryer, cleaning supplies (no mop, broom, dust pan, vacuum, pods for dishwasher, etc), no addional trash bags other than the one that was already in the kitchen trash can, no hangers in any of the closets, and one of the beds had no bed linen under the comforter and none were provided as promised the next or any other day. There was animal hair found in one of the beds and the other bed linens did not smell fresh. There were additional house rules posted on the back of the front door and the side of the frig which included no unauthorized guests and to leave the thermostat at 70 degrees to name a couple. There was only one lock on the door and the screen door latch was broken. I have pictures and videos. Contact with the owner was meaningless. He was rude and was yelling at us at some point in the conversation of us just asking for the promised amenities. We had to purchase towels, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, etc. Reimbursement is one thing...compensation for our time, money, and inconvenience to obtain what was supposed to be provided was not something Sami took seriously. Two people were able to find a hotel room.

The house was normal. No major issues. We were told there would be a washer and dryer, but it did not have one accessible. It appeared to be in the garage, but the garage was locked and no one would respond.Our check in was 3:00 pm on Friday, at noon on Friday the company managing the property tetzy? told me that I needed to provide everyones first and last name and their cell phone. Seemed strange. 1. Why wait until the last minute and 2. Why do you need everyone's contact? I saw this request, as my group arrived at 4pm. At the time they were asking this, I did not have time to prepare all this information. I had the group waiting to get inside. I would just ask this information be collected weeks ahead of time. The major issue was the guy was basically threatening me and questioning my reasoning for using the home. "Your description says this but now you are saying this.. why are you all using the house?!" It was very strange and the guy was rude. This paired with no communication throughout the stay caused for an lower rating in our experience. We were working and needed the washer and dryer for our stay.
