We had issues with maintenance on this property. We reported a leak in the roof but was never addressed. Also, the bunk room bathroom, shower was inoperable. It was never addressed during our stay, the water handle was laying in the tub the whole time. One of the toilet seats was broken. I requested that the operations manager call me, but no one ever called.

Great Family Vacation

Our family, made up of adults 31-64, 2 and 4, were excited to share time at this property. The house was well equipped and met our varied needs. We loved the location, next to a ski run, that provided sweeping views and spectacular sunsets. We would consider this property again in the future.

Best Views in Deer Valley- Amazing house and true ski-in/ski-out

The house is at a great location atop the mountain on the Mountaineer side of Deer Valley. Easy drive through the private community to the upper most house closest to the Mountaineer lift. If you are an intermediate skier, you can ski down to the bottom of Mountaineer and take the lift up to access the rest of the mountain. If a beginner, you can walk less than 50 yards up a moderate hill to the top of the Mountaineer lift and ski off an easy green to the rest of the mountain. Overall fantastic location and the house has everything you need.

Great Stay

The house RIGHT ON the mountain is awesome. Great to be the first on the slopes in the morning! House was huge and very comfortable for 12. We could have fit a few more. We came out from Philadelphia and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
