Welcome to The Nordic! Enjoy this grand spacious property with friends and family! Relax in the large open living and kitchen space featuring plenty of seating and a large TV equipped with an Apple TV and Roku device. Spread out over multiple floors hosting 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a half bathroom near the kitchen. Just 5 mins from the slopes at Canyons, 10 mins from Park City Mountain, 15 mins from Deer Valley, and just 30 mins from SLC airport!

The MASTER bedroom is upstairs with a large, comfortable king bed and a full en-suite bathroom.

2 GUEST bedrooms are upstairs with cozy queen beds and a full bathroom in the hall.

A BUNK Room on the Lower level has a twin over full bunk bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. Plenty of sleeping space for you after a full rich day of activity.

OFFICE DESK in master is available for your use is a 27 inch monitor and a laser/copy/scanner printer for your work needs.

KITCHEN is large and fully equipped with the dining area and island seating a total of 8.

PATIO Bask in the mountain views on the private deck with a large private hot tub with space for six for a relaxing soak after skiing and a BBQ grill.

PARKING Available for you is a private garage that can hold up to one car, with driveway space for two and neighborhood street parking.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Enjoy what Bear Hollow Village has to offer! The neighborhood features a community clubhouse with a fitness area and a pool open during the summer months. A washer and dryer within the home are provided for your laundering needs.

The area has much to offer with entertainment and excursions. Bear Hollow Village is right next to Utah's Olympic Park, where the 2002 Olympics were hosted! Just up the road you will find a large shopping center, restaurants and Park City Outlets with over 60 stores. A few minutes south of Bear Hollow Village is Park City's Canyons Resort, boasting the largest ski resort in the country! Continuing south, you will find Historic Downtown Park City and Main Street with unique stores and restaurants, Park City's Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort are nearby for excellent skiing. You can access just about everything Park City has to offer in just fifteen minutes or less on the free city bus line!
