Not worth it
Hugely disappointed in their complete lack of customer service. I booked this place largely bc we liked the amenities listed. Turns out the pool, hot tub and sauna were all closed. It was only noted at the very very bottom of this update like they hoped we’d miss it. When I asked about it being reopened they offered no apology and acted like it was my fault. Long story short this could have been a minor thing they took the fall for but instead made it worse and pissed me off. No communication leading up to my stay. Nothing about check in.
The unit could have been 5 stars and it still would have been awful bc customer service is everything. But it wasn’t a 5 star spot. I don’t mind that it’s dated and not fancy. Calling that bathroom luxurious is such a figment of the imagination unless you also prefer that the tank of the toilet lid be replaced with one that doesn’t fit allowing you to see into the weird depths of the tank. The bathroom sinks have those drain catches to stop hair from falling in which would be fine if the drains weren’t already clogged and let your toothpaste just sit and gather. Unpleasant. Heat/AC so out of whack even when off we slept in the middle of winter with the door open. Dryer didn’t work so we hung our clothes.
Sure it’s very close and walkable to lifts but so were other places with better property managers. And to be fair the place itself would have been fine for the price and length of our trip but I’d suggest taking your money elsewhere.
