Silver Creek Village 6885 is a crisp, contemporary single-family home that’s the perfect Park City home-away-from-home for your whole family. Located on a corner lot in a beautifully designed mountain community, you’ll enjoy easy access to local hiking trails and mountain biking paths, a short drive to local ski resorts and the charming downtown, plus a lovely, luxurious spot to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
The classic facade of Silver Creek Village 6885 opens up into the bright and open GREAT ROOM, where lots of sparkling windows let in the natural light plus frame the surrounding mountain views perfectly. The plush living room sofa has an inviting mid-century modern vibe, and the large HDTV is ideal for a Netflix night with some snacks and cocktails.
Next to the living area is the open-concept DINING SPACE and KITCHEN. The streamlined, formal dining table has seating for six, while the center kitchen island has bar stool seating for four more. Immaculate white shaker cabinets and glossy white quartz countertops are complimented by a dove-gray subway tile backsplash. The premier appliance suite features an electric range, a vent hood, a wall microwave and oven, a dishwasher, and a spacious stainless steel refrigerator. Next to the fridge is a coffee station for brewing the perfect mug every morning. This main floor also includes a LAUNDRY NOOK with a full-size washer and dryer and a POWDER ROOM.
Make your way upstairs to the second level, where the landing opens onto a small OFFICE SPACE. There are three bedrooms on this level— the first being the serene and soothing PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE. Here, you’ll find a luxe king-size bed, a large HDTV, and windows with mountain views. The ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM includes a separate soaking tub and a step-in shower. The other TWO GUEST BEDROOMS feature a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, respectively.
As an additional space for large groups, the lower level houses a clubhouse-like BUNK ROOM, complete with two twin-over-queen size bunk beds, multiple bean bag chairs, and a large HDTV. There’s also an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo. This fun and flexible area is ideal for kids of all ages and allows a bit more breathing room for bigger groups and families.
There's a BBQ grill on the deck. There's also a Pack-N-Play, baby car seat, and several toys for kids available if you're bringing small children.

Great location to several ski options
We are a large group skiing and riding at Woodward PC and PCMR. The location was great for both and allowed us to avoid the main traffic in Kimball. Worked great for our group with large garage and parking. Will book again.
