Room was nice and clean. Needed a late check out on a Monday, staff was unable to provide. Only needed one hour. Hotel is adequate staff is unaccommodating.
The rooms were very clean and the view of the mountains was amazing! The outside pool was kinda a let down. the flooring needed to be repaired and the actual pool area was small. But other then that, the hotel was great! Be warned, the decor and overall feel was a little dated. But it didn't matter for us since we only slept in our room ;)
The location is perfect for skiers - right at the base. Our room, 306, was beautifully appointed. It was a very comfortable stay. Home away from home.
The room or suite you get will NOT be what is pictured. The pictures are from a staged room and you will not get that one. You have NO idea what kind of a room/suite you will get until you get there. AND the staff can not change it. Everything in the room is up to the condo owner -- furniture, carpet, bath fixtures. How updated or how much wear and tear is acceptable is up to the owner. The owner is the one who rate the room as standard or premium. The staff is very nice but there is NOTHING they can do. The daily cleaning is basically leaving towels and throwing the sheets up on the bed. WAY WAY WAY over priced!
Internet photos show things much nicer than they are. If you're there ski, a plus is that the lifts and Lodge area are just across the parking lot. Staff was not present at all time during my October stay and we were locked out at one point. The walk to the main Downtown area (restaurants, bars, shops) is easy, but further than you might expect... so be prepared to get yourself home safely after a night out.
Our room was very nice , and the proximity to park city mountain resort was hard to beat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating....checkin was a breeze. The negatives were the hotel ( not the room) felt quite dated, with long and narrow, boxy hallways. The underground parking was a nice feature but was a little unkept and dirty. Elevators were very slow and one smelled badly of cigarette smoke. However, even with the negatives we felt it was a good value for the quality of room and will be back!
We road our Spyder to Park City for a concert They had underground parking so our bike did not get wet Great room fantastic view nice people and we have already booked for October .this place is wonderful check it out
Nice location, 10 minute walk to historic Main Street. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. Over all it was decent.
Very nice, great for family stay, fun for the kids. Close to activities enjoyed the pool
-The room we booked was nothing like it showed it would be in the pictures. It had some crazy red carpet, blue wallpaper, super old beds, etc. -There was garabage (wine bottle, etc.) that hadn't been taken out. -It didnt look like the toilet had been cleaned. Went and told them about this and asked if we could have another room. They told us we would have to pay to upgrade, which we did. The new room looked alot better, however, the toilet by the bedroom didnt flush and the microwave would stop working if you didnt press the door in. Overall not a horrible stay but for what we paid I did expect at least a little bit more. On a good note the staff seemed pretty nice.
This was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The walls were a little thin, but overall great place for a good price.
We've used Shadow Ridge a few times now as a quick getaway. We live in a suburb of Salt Lake and love the proximity to home (45 min) and still gives the feeling of not being home which is the entire point of a vacation.
Great location. Clean. Pool is nice after a long day of snowboarding.
It was a great place to stay. Easy check in even after hours once I got someone on phone. Easy access to parking. Only down thing is queens in one room seemed smaller than regular queens. Rather small for two adults to sleep in. Other than that it was great!
Our room balcony faced a wall and the buses that went by made it sound like we were staying at a Flying J gas station. The pool was too cold to swim in. The hide a bed mattress was so bad that the kids ended up sleeping on the floor. The furnishings in the room were from the late 80's for the most part. The best part of the stay was that our friends rented a unit at the Silver King next door and we could use the pool extra at there place. Never will I stay here again.
We booked this condo for the location and amenities. The location was great, but everything was closed - the nice indoor hot tub and workout room were under construction. I think this should have been mentioned when making the reservation, so I could have made an informed decision.
Location to mountain base is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bedding could use an update but its clean.
Got a good deal on lift tickets and needed somewhere to stay in Park City. We didn't want to drive to the slopes and this place worked perfectly for our needs!
The hotel's location was great....easy walking distance to lifts, restaurants and shops. Underground parking was plentiful & free. Both the outdoor pool and indoor spa were great. Outings arranged by the firm in the lobby were great--really enjoyed the snow mobile tour. Thanks for a great stay!
This Hotel/Condominium is a good option for skiing Park City, we rent 3 two bedrooms condos for a reasonable price and enjoy everything of it. The kitchen is in the small side but enough. one of the condos was a 5 beds condo, the other two where a 4 beds condos. for skiing, You can walk, across a parking lot, about 100 yards to the slope leading to the first time lift and back to this same spot.
