**THREE-BEDROOM TOWNHOMES LOCATED MID-MOUNTAIN AT DEER VALLEY RESORT**



Ridgepoint condominiums are situated less than a half mile from Silver Lake

Village. Depending on snow conditions, this complex offers ski-out access.

These residences feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, complimentary

wireless Internet, private outdoor hot tubs on the deck, private washer and

dryer and shared underground parking. Complimentary in-town transportation,

provided by Cadillac, offers access to the resort and Park City's Historic

Main Street.



Ridgepoint 126 first bedroom, on the lower level, has a king bed with en suite

bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink.



The second bedroom, on the lower level, has two twin beds. The third bedroom,

on the lower level, has a queen bed. The shared bathroom has a combination

shower and tub and a single sink.
