Prospector 803 Elegant and Comfortable Studio

Prospector 803 is a spacious studio unit with convenient 24 hour check-in at Prospector Square.

It features a queen size bed (premium mattress) and a comfortable queen size sofa bed.

Our condo is comfortable for a weekend or for several weeks. It features quality furniture, elegant bathroom with soaking tub, fully outfitted kitchen, with stove top, microwave convection oven, refrigerator, Bosch washer/dryer, and a water filtering system.
The space
This is a designer condo. We have just finished an extensive remodel, even replacing the internal wiring and plumbing. Everything has been rebuilt to the highest standard, including extensive tile work, a truly unique and functional fireplace, and an elegant and very usable kitchen and bath.

You will enjoy the ambiance of a rock fireplace, while watching the large flat-screen television. Even better, you can relax reading a book in a comfortable leather chair near the window, or on the private patio with views of a park and the mountains.

There is a spacious closet and a Bosch washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as a built-in desk for your laptop, with free WiFi.
Guest access
The Prospector Lodge offers community amenities to guests, including a pool and hot tub. If you want to keep up with your exercise routine, the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Spa is just a few steps away. Discounted access to the Silver Mountain full facility spa, – with a lap and leisure pool, waterslide and lazy river, full gym and weights, racket ball court and spa, etc. Even a fantastic chiropractor.

You will be able to check in at the studio using the 24 hour reception, and then have the studio to yourself.
