The Space:

Found in the heart of Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village, is the mountain West-style Black Bear Lodge, offering luxury condominiums just across the street from Silver Lake Lodge, making it an easy walk to the lifts and the slopes of Deer Valley. Embodying the elegance of a modern rustic lodge, this cozy 2-bedroom/3-bathroom condo that sleeps 7, features a fully-equipped kitchen making home cooking a breeze, dining area, and living room, where an impressive rock fireplace takes center stage.



The chalet has a warm and homely feel and a sociable open-plan layout. A perfect private space just for you and your group. Get comfortable into one of the two bedrooms where both include a king bed with twin sofa beds, featuring full ensuite bathrooms with a shower/bath combo. If your muscles are tired after adventuring around Park City, you can head out to your private deck to take a dip in your very own hot tub. A desk is available at the master bedroom where you can catch up perfectly for remote working.

Awesome location!

The Black Bear was a wonderful place to stay in proximity to the mountain and ease into Park City. The unit was equipped with what we needed. Carpet needs a refresh or to be removed. Beds were comfortable and space was well appointed. I think we happened to get a lemon of a unit though. The first night we didn't have heat and then the hot water did not work for 2.5 days. The property managers attempted to make it right and did their best to accommodate us. We would stay again, but probably at a more renovated unit.

Wonderful stay & ski trip! Great location

Great location! Less than 5 min walk to silver lake lodge and the chair lift. We also walked to restaurants for dinner. The unit was easy to access, well stocked, extremely clean, hot tub was clean and comfy beds. The communication was also great. You can text with any questions during your stay. 10/10 recommend and we will be staying here again!

Awesome time!

We were very pleased with our stay! The accommodations were clean and appointed nicely. The private jacuzzi was perfect after skiing. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook! The condo is definitely set up to accommodate lots of people. While there were bedside stands / drawers, we didn't have much space to unpack. Some floating shelves in the bedrooms would have helped a bit. The unit was so close to the lift, rental shop, ski/boot valet, etc. The location was perfect. The property management team, Justin, Max, & Rick were amazing. They were so helpful and always prompt to reply. We will definitely be back!

We LOVED our stay

We love our stay so much. The location was perfect, the condo was fully equipped and the property manager was fantastic. My only suggestion for the owners is to purchase some dressers in the bedrooms, there was no where to store clothes in the rooms so we had to keep it in our suitcases or on the floor. But we really loved it, everything else was perfect. We hope to come back!

Great stay!

Awesome location walking distance to Silverlake Lodge and the lift as well as some great dining options, and it was also nice being on the ground floor with direct access to the outside from the living room. Everyone had a great time here, including our kids who loved running out into the snow a ton of times! The concierge we were texting with was very responsive and very helpful, too.

Presidents Day 2023

The property was is excellent condition. The hot tub worked well, the beds were comfortable the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. A special shout out to Abode for clear communication before check-in and nice touches (coffee, towels for hot tub, wine and a few snacks). Would definitely stay there again!

Great location for skiing

We stayed here with another couple at the end of January 2022. The location was great for skiing Deer Valley, with just a short walk to the Silver Lake area. The condo was very well stocked with all the amenities that you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Beautifully decorated and cozy condo that felt like home (comfortable beds, jetted bathtubs, nice tv in each room). Communication was quick and easy, and the lobby staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
