Our stay was great. We enjoyed the location with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and grocery store all within walking distance. The unit shows a little wear, but overall it was clean and had everything we needed. We could have used more bath towels (only two provided.) The hot tub had someone else's bikini bottoms left in it. The hot tub itself was grimy and needs to be cleaned. The pillows were very thick and firm and were uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hot tub on the balcony was one of our favorite parts of this room! The fireplace, spaciousness, and fully stocked kitchen, were all part of what made our stay so enjoyable. The only downside of the room was the noise outside that started around 7am. Not sure what it was, but it is near a mall so it may have been trucks loading or unloading nearby.

We enjoyed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom condo. Was fairly clean, few items missed by a broom or vacuum. Perfect amount of linens provided for our stay. Kitchen was clean and tidy. Had all the basics we needed. We enjoyed making a few meals in the kitchen. Full size fridge with ice maker. Furniture may be a little outdated and well used. But worked out just fine. Four person hot tub was perfect for the two of us. Was well kept and clean. Front desk was very kind and informative. Very welcoming. We did not use any other hotel amenities. But a quick peek at the pool it seemed decent. It was both inside/outside pool. Paid covered parking was nice.

Booked for the private balcony with hot tub and it was amazing! Pleasantly surprised by all the other features, fireplace in room, full size fridge, washer and dryer, plus a wonderful bathroom: double sink, glass shower & huge double soak bathtub. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all. TV was the only downside, too small, esp if you want to watch from the bed. BUT with all the other amenities we made better use of our time.

Be aware that the resort may not be responsible for housekeeping and maintenance. I had to contact a third part mgmt company for any housekeeping or mtg needs. The property mgmt was responsive.

I will start by saying that I think most of my complaints stem from the fact that we stayed in a privately-owned unit which is managed by a third party and NOT managed by Newpark. We’ve stayed here before and that time we booked directly with Newpark and had a much better experience. But THIS room had issues. The fireplace was broken, the hot tub had a ring of dirt around the water line and sand in the bottom, there was no curtain covering the right side of the windows, and the curtain rod was hanging off. Otherwise, we love this property and the hot tub balcony is epic. This particular unit was disappointing.

Participation final I wished it was more clear when booking here that once we checked in, we did not have the support of the front desk and housekeeping staff. We had no housekeeping while we were there. For how much per night amenities should be too notch. Suana had a whole in the cement. Steam room was filthy. Personal hot tub was wonderful. Beds were uncomfortable.

The suite was bigger than expected and was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the nice bathroom tub and hot tub on the balcony. The view from the 4th floor was beautiful, as it faced the mountains. The king size bed was pretty comfortable. My feedback is the AC didn’t work very well and we wish there were fans available. Also, the TV is quite small and they don’t have any outlets to plug your phone in by the bed, the nearest was the kitchen area. The hotel didn’t offer any continental breakfast options, so went to places nearby for coffee and food (Cupla Coffee).
