Wonderful location! Loved every minute!
This was a perfect house for our group of 6 of family and friends! It’s was clean and had everything we needed! Including board games! There was a perfect amount of space for us all on the couches if we wanted to sit there and enjoy the fire or TV. There was also the perfect amount of space at the table when we all wanted to eat or play games! The kitchen had all the supplies we would need. Beware: this is a walk up and has lots of stairs but we expected that but some may be surprised. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend this place!

Great place, incredible location
We stayed here on a friends' trip & found the place perfect for our needs. Location - walkable to downtown Park City or the town lift, easy buses to Deer Valley or into town - was perfect. The place had plenty of space for our larger (10-person) group. The hot tub was fantastic as well.

Amazing weekend in Park City
Rented this Condo for a weekend with friends. Living area was huge, kitchen well stocked, fit 12-13 people comfortably as advertised. Nice tv in the living room and comfortable couches. Communal hot tub was right outside property. Walking distance to town lift/main st. And a shuttle stop right outside. Would definitely recommend this place and rent again

Manager was great ... facilities were less impressive
Easy yo get in, when code functioned on garage. Unit was extremely dated for the price, albeit we were there during Christmas, which for that time made the unit affordable. Location on a busy street without any snow removal on the sidewalks, made for dangerous 15 minute walk into town. Toilet flapper valve failed, (repaired immediately, thank you)
but I found the guts of the toilet to be original with the house, indicative of a not perfect remodel. New floor and a few plumbing fixtures, but showers were for short people, toilets were small, appliances old and dated, no lighting in the rooms and the décor was hodged-podged together. Second bedroom bath was very far away from the door. Bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were dated along with 10-20 year old bedcovers. Patio could barely fit 4 people, no furniture. But overall we made the best of it and enjoyed the stay.

Master bedroom and adjacent bedroom flipped--en suite attached to non-master; master bedroom bathroom down the hall. Very close to bus stop--a must for getting to the base of the mountain.
Otherwise as advertised. Good and functional unit for a ski trip.
