The space was great and the views from the back side of the house were spectacular! The beds were comfortable and there were great amenities we wish we would have taken advantage of them. We came for a volunteer meeting and the space accommodated us well. We were able to work and spend time getting to know each other better in a comfortable environment.

We absolutely loved our stay! The parking rules were very difficult to work around for a house to hold 20 people coming from all over the state. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more!

It was nice but very outdated. The pickleball court and indoor games were great. Lots of space for large groups. The pictures make it look like it's away from other houses but it's in a suburb. Tons of flies all over the outside and inside of the house which was strange.

We loved how peaceful and quiet it was. It was easy to find and close to Walmart. We enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t like the bees/wasps in the backyard and by the pickleball court. It was a good size for our family!!

Beautiful home with a great a great view

This home was wonderful to stay in. We had so much fun playing pickleball, sitting in the hot tub and even had enough side yard to set up a volleyball net. The views from the back yard were stunning. The home was clean when we arrived and our manager Keeley was amazing always attentive to our needs. Close to town to grab lunch, dinner or a snowcone or to go grocery shopping for our stay. Our grandkids had a blast playing foosball and ping pong downstairs. Bunk room for them was huge. Our only con were the bees on the back deck and around the pickleball court. This didn't stop us from using these things but had to be careful. Heber is so beautiful and we had so much fun.Thank you for hosting us.

It was a great home with plenty of space for adults, teens and little ones. Kitchen had every thing we needed and two sets of washers and dryers were put to good use. Lovely view of the mountains and the deck area accommodated lots of people. I would highly recommend this home for a family get together

Great space for family gathering

We had a great two-night stay for a family reunion. We especially loved the pickleball court, fire pit, and outdoor spaces. The rooms were clean and spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes, utensils, and appliances we needed. We wished for one more bathroom or maybe if the master bathroom had a lock on it so others could use the shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great family reunion

This was the perfect setting for our family. We have 12 teenagers and the Pickleball court was the highlight. We had a competition and it just was so fun with cousins coming from California and Indiana and Utah. We also enjoyed the hot tub. It worked perfectly. It was easy to get a hold of the manager when the breaker went out and they fix that quickly. The house is very large and beautiful and very clean. We love the gorgeous setting of the Heber Valley. The instruction manual was easy to manage and we just had a great time. Thank you so much.

Thank you from Lead in Love- Womens Retreat

Everything at this property was absolutely amazing!! Clean, stocked, decorated and the back yard was incredible!! I especially Loved having the pickle ball court! My group of women is a wellness and group fitness group! We did a 1 hour group fitness class everyday as well as a restorative yoga class and it was so nice to have space for everyone to move and lay out mats! There was more than enough sleeping space and everyone was so comfortable! The view in the back yard was also incredible! Everyone was so happy and comfortable! I had a photographer booked with us, who took great photos of everything! If you would like them I am happy to share them once I get them back! The ONLY thing that was brought to my attention was the upstairs smaller bathroom needed the shower curtain maybe changed? A few women were worried it looked like mold happening in there, but we just used the other bathrooms for the most part and everything was PERFECT! I tried hard to make an extra effort to wash towels and keep the property clean and taken care of! We all made an extra effort to leave it how we found it! Thank you for taking a chance on us! Wonderful stay for parent’s 60th!

We needed a home base for 20 people, which consisted of adult children and spouses for our parents 60th wedding anniversary. We used this wonderful home for sleeping but a few also took advantage of the pickleball courts. Lovely trails and the views of the incredible Heber Valley with Deer Creek and Mount Timpanogos looking down at us in all her splendor. Beautiful…only wish we had had more time.Home was clean and communications with host were responsive and easy. Thank you!

Great house close to everything

This house is so nice with an amazing back deck to watch the sunsets and soak in the hot tub. So many activities in the house and outside. It was so close to all the activities we had planned in the area for our family get together.

Beautiful Location Large Space

This was such a great space to host our family Christmas Party. Something for kids of all ages to keep them active and happy. lovely large gathering space. and the back deck and view was incredible. The Hosts were wonderful to work with. would definitely recommend.
