1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

Misleading listing - not really a 3 bedroom

This condo is advertised as a three bedroom with the third bedroom having two queen size beds. In fact it is a two bedroom with a loft that has a full size bunk bed. There is no way to block out light or sound. The common area is also quite small for a three bedroom - smaller than multiple two bedrooms in the Blackstone units I have rented over the years. I ended up having to rent an additional unit when I arrived because this was not an acceptable situation for our family. I contacted VRBO customer service multiple times during our stay but they have not yet gotten back to me.
