It was quite and kinda out the way the breakfast buffet was good for the price.

This was an absolute HORRIBLE experience. Cleanliness of rooms were horrific. Stains everywhere, furniture falling apart. Front desk was completely unhelpful of this issue. Granted we paid for the “luxury suite” which is supposed to be their nicest room. Hot tub was 70 degrees and muck all over it. Completely unsanitary & unable to get in. Worst stay we have ever had anywhere. Apparently they have sold the property, and not keeping anything up

Nice Jacuzzi but if you did not wake up before the neighbors you could not get enough hot water to fill it. TV needs to be upgraded, I think it was a 32" and the rooms do not have their own cable box. Other than that it was really nice.

The resort is nice and close to the ice castles and the crater. The room was nice and clean. Cozy comforters. My only complain was the check-in. It was a Saturday afternoon around 5:00 pm and we waited for about 30 min to check in. I guess it was the peak check-in time. So try to avoid 5:00-5:30 pm if you don't want to wait.

It started to feel really antique and left behind. The lack of facilities, room service and a simple store that works after 6pm to get even just water feels just wrong. This time I had to have my room changed due to this horrible sewer smell that started in my room. Even the small refrigerator in the room are king of old and they do a lot of noise, I had to disconnected to be able to sleep. I love this place and be here multiple times but I think that I reached the point to where these things cannot be included in my experience. Plus there is no process difference or priority to get into the crater, which is the main Attraction if you stay at the hotel or not. I'll get back to the crater for sure but the hotel... I don't know...

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the room was nice. The bunkroom was a tad closterphobic, but my granddaughter loved it!! It was great having a room that could sleep 6 with two decks with great views!!! And it is pet friendly. Boxelder bugs and gnats were an issue on the ceiling, mostly at night, but the room is in the Mountains. Great pools and we love Fannies restaurant. We just wish it was open for dinner and would serve their delicious breakfast items all day!!!

Nice relaxing place to stay Good restaurants near by Indoor pool and fitness center is a plus

Beautiful location. Staff wonderful. Room cozy and perfect. Swimming pool was fantastic. I will come back again!

This hotel is close to Salt Lake City and a nice getaway not too far. It holds a lot of memories for you so even in low season we enjoy it. In winter they have an ice castle venue on the golf course, sleigh rides and the crater. In summer, the grounds and flowers are beautiful in a cottage like setting. There are many different room choices and styles but the entire property feels homey. There is a year round pool, golf in the summer. It is close to a state park whether other activiities may be enjoyed and not far from Hever City although Midway has gas stations, convenient stores, some shopping.

Clogged sink & tub called maintenance 3 times never sent anyone . Blow dryer was broke & coffee maker was dirty . Didn’t have crater tickets available there should be reserved ones for guest to purchase

Beautiful place; pools were great! Restaurants were great, too. Our family had a lovely time and we will be back!

Beautiful property! Great experience all around. The cable and wifi are terrible, by other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Old but nice. Food is great. Quiet. Cottages are detached from main buildings. Right on golf course. The crater attraction is very unique.

We stayed in one of the guest cottages with our own little porch. The room was larger than we expected, clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and accommodating. We will be back.

Bait and switch - you book a reasonable priced hotel only to find out when you get there - they charge an additional 'resort fee'. Except there were no resort amenities. Oh - I could take water aerobics or sample fudge. Give me a break! What a shame. they placed us in a two story motel structure with eight rooms. Every time the people above us walked around it was heard from our room. The bathroom had mold on the grout, paint was chipping, the screen door was broken and the towels were thinner than the towels I use to wash my car. Maybe some of the other buildings were nicer - but this was outdated. I actually went to the manager and asked what the 'resort' fee was and if any other guest complained about paying this fee. oh - the kicker..this 'resort' had a restaurant that was open from 5-9. Full service ALL the way!

Our room was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. If you're looking for opulence this isn't for you, but we wanted comfort and it delivered.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet, beds comfortable.
