Door was locked and no one available for check in when I arrived at 4pm. I waited for 30 minutes before they came... The hotel was an avarage older (dive type)... Though it was clean and the beds were nice. There was no TV signal and no hot water.

Apon arriving was told expedia had double booked all there rooms, seemed like a well rehearsed and used story. Went down the road and found a nice little motel, was told by the woman working there that it was not the first time she had heard that story about being double booked. Apparently its a racket they've been running for awhile.

Kinda shabby but everything worked. Owner seems like a nice kid trying to bring a run down property back to life. Aims to please so if you need something ask at the desk.

The hotel was not as advertised online. The AC was so obnoxious. It was loud, it kept shutting off with a loud thunk, and never did cool down the room. It was just air circulating. The filter in it was filthy and held together with 2 clothes pins. There was food left in the fridge and the toilet was filthy. The only good part of the room, was the beds were fairly comfortable. We defininately would not recommend staying at the Heber Inn.

This is for sure a bare bones motel stay. HOWEVER, the room was incredibly clean, the staff was helpful, and the bed was one of the most comfortable in any hotel level I've slept on in a long time. Though it was older, there was clearly pride in maintaining it. There were about 5 ants in the bathroom. I think they could fix that easily.

Right on down town is perfect for a walk to Melvin’s or right there for something quick to Panda Express. Parking is a little tight but just right especially with the laundry mat right there. If your working from out of town like I am it’s pretty ideal

I was looking forward to staying here after a long drive. The front staff was amazing but the hotel conditions were not great. It did not feel clean. There were no trash cans in the room, the only one available was the bathroom trash. The toilet seat was broken; anytime I used the toilet it felt like I was going to fall from it wiggling. The water was freezing cold. We had to keep the water running for 30 minutes (which I hated doing this) for the water to heat up just enough for my kids to be able to shower. Then once it started getting hot, the water would just be too hot and even if we tried making it cold, the temperature wouldn’t change. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nothing wrong with staff, but the room was super gross. There were hardened globs of something on the tiled floor, there was a giant cobweb on the curtains, the towles smelled musty and the sheets on the bed were super wrinkled and had some stains (or were unwashed). I had a sleepingbag in my car and ended up putting that on the bed and sleeping on it instead. The minifridge looked like it had never been cleaned, and there was caked dust and something oily on the tops of the hair dryer and hand-towel rack. Just overall super gross and not well maintained.

Room was adequate, for my needs, No air-conditioning or ventilation in room so it was musty, had to keep door open and purchased a fan from walmart. 1st 2 days there was only Luke-warm water no hot water. Hot water showed up on the evening of the 2nd day. Staff wa very accomodating through out and helpful when they could be.

Wasn't the property! It was thrown a curve ball by way of Expedia saying I had cancelled my stay, which I hadn't and worst of all told I wouldn't be getting a refund. Currently being disputed by my bank. Won't ever use Expedia again. Routed to an Indian call center, couldn't understand the agent and was no help whatsoever! Never again will I use Expedia and will badmouth them every chance I get!

Cleaning lady blew parking lot dirt into my room with a leaf blower and had about 20-30 termites crawl out of the sink and cover the bathroom when I woke up. Ew.

Unfortunately when I booked the room, I had no idea the motel was under a remodel. The picture of the room and the one we got were not even close. The room must have been 1 of the last to be remodeled and was dusty, 1 comfy chair with a stain, 1 desk chair, semi-dirty bath tub and shower liner and no comforter on the bed. Could be a nice place one finished, but was disappointed all around.
