First off, the place was great. If I had to change anything, it would be a bigger garbage can in the kitchen. The current one is too small. But that's my only gripe with the place. My family was very happy with it.What I wasn't so happy about was the lack of response from the property manager. I got mail giving me the codes to the place and the garage, but no code to the community trash bin (this is where you're supposed to put the kitchen garbage when it fills up). We had 2 kids in diapers staying there and it was imperative that we had access to the community trash bin. We got there Sunday night and I sent them a message on Monday asking for the code to the trash bin. I never heard from them. I then called on Tuesday and I got someone who sympathized with me but didn't really help. They finally sent us the code on Wed, but at that point, we were able to get the code from one of the neighbors. This code should have been included with the other codes I got.Another issue was that there were 3 bags of garbage in the garage (probably from the previous person). I asked the property manager to remove it, but they didn't. We ended up taking the 3 bags to the community trash bin on Wednesday. I know it wasn't a big deal, but we shouldn't have to do it.I paid several thousand dollars for this place, so I expected better treatment than I got.
