The Neighborhood:
One of the best locations in Park City, you’re right in the middle of Main Street. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops,. boutique stores, ski and snowboard retailers, and local artisan shops - all right at your doorstep.

The condo is also 2 minute walk to Town Lift at Park City Mountain. Town Lift runs in winter for skiing, and summer for scenic hiking!

Getting Around:
No need for a car if you don't want one - you're right downtown. If you need to go anywhere, there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts, or the Old Town Transit Center is a block away to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown.

If you do have a car, we can provide a free parking pass for a garage 2 mins walk from the condo.

Other Things to Note:
Please note - the building has a central HVAC system that can only be on heat, or on cool, at any given time.The building is on heat from the beginning of November through the end of May, and on cool (AC) from June through October.

Those dates can vary a little bit depending on temperatures, but there may be periods where you'll either need to open windows (generally April/May), or use the provided space heaters (October).

Elevation Lodges does not have the ability to change the timing of the settings, as it is a building management decision.
