Level 1: King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Bunk room with 2 queens and a large office desk and ensuite bathroom
Level 2: Living area, kitchen and dining area. Full over queen bunk room has a full size bathroom. First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City! Please do not bring skis or poles in the house. Please do not wear ski boots in the house. Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking. Please remove shoes when entering the home. There are no pets allowed. Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM. Thank you for being our guests!
