Prior to arrival the Host initiated contact through WhatsApp. She was very thorough, prompt, and available for communication. The instructions to enter the property were precise and easy to follow. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and well furnished. The apartment had many nice shops, bakeries, cafés and grocery stores steps away. It was easily accessable to transit a 2-3 minute walk in either direction. I was quite impressed with the Paris transit system. Ample espresso pods and tea bags, toilet paper, toiletries, paper towels, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery were available for us to use. The reason we rated our stay a 4/5 stars was that we were a party of 6 and we were given 2 towels. The listing indicated bathroom 1 would have towels and bathroom 2 would have towels. We contacted the host to and requested more towels so that each guest would have a towel. She replied and indicated that she would have someone come by in the afternoon to drop of the requested additional towels. She responded indicating that the cleaning staff was in short supply of towels and would not be able to satisfy our request. I responded multiple times to her message and never had any communication with her again. Up until the towel request everything was phenomenal.I would definitely stay again in the unit, although I would confirm the specific number of towels that would be available for us to use.
