Overlooking the capital, our house is in the center of the city of l'Haÿ-les-Roses. Access to shops on foot, reach Paris by car in 15min and the most beautiful monuments in 45min, by car or by public transport (bus and RER B)

Our family house is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a large living room / kitchen / living room / dining room / patio and overlooking a beautiful green space at 360 ° and a large terrace of 90m2.

Our terrace is equipped with a 6-seater hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, sun loungers, a barbecue, a pizza oven and even a table football table
