A tribute to the Impressionists, this 31 m² (333 sq ft) + 14 m² (150 sq ft) mezzanine loft is on the ground floor with direct street access, in the lively Marais, Paris’s best base to explore the city, with great restaurants nearby.
Designed for 4 guests (can sleep 6), it features a deep layout with high ceilings, a living area with AC, kitchen corridor, bathroom with sauna, and two mezzanines (not fully private, separated by a curtain).

Ideal for 4 guests (max. 6 with the sofa bed), this flat is best suited for agile adults or teens due to the ladder-access mezzanines and reduced ceiling height. The layout makes smart use of space, but feels tight when the sofa bed is open — walking around becomes limited.

The location was excellent - quiet street in a fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and boutiques nearby, and within walking distance of big attractions like the Louvre, Place des Vosges, Bastille, etc. The appartment itself was very well-appointed with plenty of sleeping space for our 5 person family (the fold-out couch was very comfortable). We took advantage of the sauna - such a treat - and the spacious bathroom and shower with separate toilet is a real plus. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen is well equipped, with a fridgerator big enough to store a good amount of groceries in. The mattresses were comfortable, the apartment very dark with black-out shades, so we all slept well. There is some neighbor noise, but that is to be expected in a Parisian apartment. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here and were really happy to have it as a place to retreat to while visiting the local attractions as well as the major tourist ones.

Apartment sehr sauber, gepflegt und total gemütlich eingerichtet.Die Saune war ein Highlight.Lage perfekt, 20 Minuten zum Bahnhof und alles Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz einfach mit U-Bahn oder zu Fuß erreichbar.Host jeder Zeit ganz unkompliziert über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns vorab mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt.Wir werden auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris wieder kommen.
