Service was excellent but a 4.5 star hotel, the bed was not comfortable at all, you could do better with a $300 amazon bed and the upgrade to better view room was not worth the extra $1000 for a week, the sofabed was terrible also, and the fridge box didnt even keep things cold, so the staff made it the stay better all of them at the front desk to the cleaning help were awesome kind and friendly too bad i cant stay the same for the room itself, for the glamor of the new building and the style you cheaped out the rooms unfortunately!

My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. They were very polite I must say. A tip would be to let the customers know they are under training in order to help them as well. The hotel is very nice, quiet and clean, although the carpet needs a bit more cleaning.. the blackouts were perfect for the large windows, bed is very comfortable. I would recommend staying in this hotel. Safe area helps as well! The cleaning staff did a very good job! All in all an exceptional hotel in Paris! Well done

Wonderful modern hotel. Great quiet room, fantastic breakfast, amazing views. Saw a huge thunderstorm one night, like we were in the clouds. Short walk to metro& RER. Nice to be away from the hordes of tourists yet Notre Dame was a couple of stops away on the RER.

Rooms are much smaller than photographs portray. Views of Sienne and Eiffel are not guaranteed - my view was of industrial smokestacks and a portion of the river. Good fitness center- and very nice staff, if you need something in this area- its modern and clean.

Nice hotel with top notch staff and stunning view

The staff at the hotel were excellent and extremely helpful. The view from the rooftop was truly stunning. However, this may not be the most convenient option for families traveling with young children, as the nearest metro station is at least a 15-minute walk. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t seem to have been designed with a kid-friendly approach in mind. For instance, we experienced a minor incident at the restaurant where other guests expressed concerns about our child’s behavior around art.
