Miguel was very attentive, even bringing pastries and extra coffee the first morning! I loved staying here - the location was perfect with plenty to do within a 20 minute walk and metro stations nearby. It is at the top of a 4-story building so make sure you're ready for the climb. Everything was as depicted in the photos on the listing, including flowering plants in the windows which faced an inner courtyard so the room was very quiet. Do notice that the kitchen and bathroom are very small (as shown, no surprise), so plan ahead for that.I would definitely recommend this to a friend traveling to Paris! Thanks!

Cute apartment with well tended window boxes outside the windows. The host Miguel was extremely good. Nice location: 5 minute walk to a metro station, 8 minutes to Bon Marche & 15 minutes to Luxembourg Gardens. Situated on a street with many 4 restaurants serving a wide variety of cuisines.

Thank you, Miguel, for being the best host ! The property was excellent and was just as we expected. You went above and behind with hospitality and it made Paris even more special for us ! The studio was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a lovely neighborhood but its windows face in so it remains very quiet! Location-wise: if you are looking for a place in the 6th, this apartment can't be beat. Would give 10 stars if the site would have that option!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.Le studio est petit, le lit étroit mais nous avons très bien dormi.Il nous manquait une lampe de chevet pour lire dans notre lit mais pour le reste c'était très bien aménagé mais selon nous pour max 2 personnes.Le quartier est très propre, agréable et très bien situé.Le studio se trouve au dernier étage et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais la pente progressive de l’escalier ne demande pas d’effort important.On reviendra.

It's a really nice little studio, with what you might need. It's also located in a very good and quiet area.Miguel is very helpful, and we got a very good description of how to check in and we could even leave our bags before. Too bad Miguel that you forgot to refill the coffee caps ;-) Good to know is that it's a small (120 cm?) bed.
