Superb, modern flat for 8 people, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Right in the heart of Paris and very well located, you'll be next to the famous Père Lachaise district, close to the Place de la Nation, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes. My flat is ideal for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.

113 m2 ground floor flat for 8 people:

- 3 bedrooms with a double bed and dedicated work space
- 1 living room with large sofa and TV and 1 double bed area
- 1 dining area with a large table and 10 chairs
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, 1 washing machine with drying option)
- 1 dining area with table
- 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 with toilet
- 1 separate toilet

Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest and end-of-stay cleaning is carried out by professional staff.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be as pleasant as possible. As specified in our house rules, there is a surcharge for late arrivals:

The apt was in need of air conditioner. Paris was pretty warm, we did not see a metro station, so we uber the whole timeYou want to put a larger garbage container in bath.You had no cooking utensils, no coffee mugs, and for your US clients, you might want to leave note on how to use the stove. Other than that everything else was good.
