This is a nice property in an excellent location. Instructions to enter and use the property were clear and easy. The space is wonderful. The only issue we had were small ants in the bedroom, kitchen counter, and kitchen area, which were addressed during our stay after we complained by a chemical spray that was given to us to apply by spraying the ants. The spray killed the ants immediately, but the chemical fumes were unbearable. The refrigerator also stopped working after the first day and was not fixed during our stay despite notice that it was not working. The loud noise created by the residents walking on the floor above was also extremely annoying and woke us up. I would have loved to give this property a better review. But because of the problems I have described, I would not go again and think it worth only 3/5 stars.

Beautiful Apartment in a Great Central Location

Fantastic place nestled on the first floor in a gated quiet courtyard just steps away from cafes, the Les Halles metro and great shopping. Centrally located and walkable to the Louvre, the Musée D’orsay, outdoor markets and awesome restaurants. Made me want my own place in Paris but obviously this is a much easier option! Also great responsiveness and communication from the hosts!

Great location and newly renovated rental

The apartment is in a great location as it is close to many major tourist attractions. The rental was beautiful with high quality finishes. Additionally, it was very clean and well organized. I should also note that the apartment has air conditioning which is a nice bonus.

Great location but the arrive and the sink were a huge problem

A chegada no apartamento foi bem traumaticoa, tanto que minha mãe pediu para irmos para Hotel na proxima viagem, pois ela se sente mais segura tendo uma recepção com atendimento. Ficamos fora do predio uma hora mesmo tendo avisado que chegariamos 30 minutos antes de termos chegado. Outro problema bem desconfortavel foi a pia da suite master que ficava completamente alagada com cuspe e pasta durante o uso pois nao descia a agua. Banheiro da suite menor nao tinha cabideiros de toalha nem prateleira para por shampoo e cosmestica. Apartamento bem decorado e localizado, mas precisa urgentemente resolver os problemas descritos acima, pos desmotivam o retorno
