Sumptuous and New Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Elegant, spacious, quality furniture and bedding, tastefully decorated, my accommodation is located in the heart of the capital. Located in a central, lively and lively district, our apartment is halfway between the Opéra Garnier, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette) and the large Place de la République. It is the ideal place for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends.



The Space:

128 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator which includes:



- Living room with double sofa bed and an office area

- Wifi, Smart Tv

- A fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher) and a dining area with a large dining table and 8 chairs

- 1 king size bedroom with shower room and toilet

Beautification work without noise pollution is planned for some time in the courtyard of the building of the back rooms

this was our first trip to paris, and the flat accommodated our family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 teens, 1 child - very well. rooms are large and spread out. the kitchen was well equipped although we only used the refrigerator and coffee maker. there was a problem with one of the showers, but it was fixed promptly. communication was excellent. the windows are amazing because you are on a busy corner but with the windows closed, it becomes completely quiet in the flat. while we ended up enjoying the location, it was not exactly as listed - near le marais city center. the neighborhood is quite busy, but we liked that. close to metro stations. we spent most of our time out and about, but the flat was a lovely and comfortable place to rest.

Puedo evaluar a los host más no al departamento

Unos días antes de mi estancia me escribieron los host para avisarme que había un problema de una humedad en el departamento y que no estaría disponible, pero me ofrecieron otro departamento similar en una mejor zona. En realidad me quedé con ganas de estar en este departamento por que a pesar de no tener reviews en VRBO este departamento tiene buenos reviews en otras plataformas. Pero no nos tocó esta ocasión conocerlo, en el que me quede no me gustó que era una zona muy ruidosa por las mañanas, pero es un departamento distinto al que pongo esta reseña (estaba en la zona de la ópera). Los host, nos dieron check inn temprano, tienen todo muy organizado y eficiente y fueron buenos anfitriones. Muchas gracias por todo!
