Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
By far the worst experience. On the morning of check-in, the host contacted us outside VRBO, pressured us via WhatsApp to move to an entirely different property, and provided a broken link instead of a verified listing. The host then harassed us and refused a refund. We never stayed. Reported as fraud
