Nous sommes assez mécontents de l’assistance apportée par CheckMyGuest durant notre séjour. Nous avons bien eu plusieurs échanges téléphoniques mais les problèmes évoqués n’ont pas été résolu durant tout notre séjour (13jours)Le lave faisselle était très sale, ( cf Photo) il manquait de produit de lavage et de rinçage. Malgré un nettoyage en profondeur que nous avons dû effectuer sans aucune assistance, il a été impossible d’obtenir de la vaisselle propreAu bout de 5 jours nous avons finalement eu les 2 produits manquants pour le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil mais cela n’a rien amélioréLes luminaires du plan de travail ne fonctionnaient pas. Une personne est venue à deux reprises mais a été incapable de les réparer durant tout notre séjourL’aspirateur présent dans l’appartement était très sale et bouché, ce qui le rendait inutilisable. De plus le balai Weleda mis à notre disposition était dans un tel état de saleté qu’il était inutileLe luminaire du miroir de la salle de bain (inclut dans le miroir) n’a jamais fonctionné de tout le séjour et les équipes ont été incapable d’y remédierLe voilage qui manquait à la fenêtre d’une des chambres n’a jamais été remplacé de tout le séjour malgré l’engagement pris par les équipes de CheckMyGuest d’en acheter un autreLa porte du placard de la première chambre n’était pas correctement fixée lors de notre arrivé et risquait de tomber. C’est la seule chose que l’équipe de ChekMyGuest a été capable de réparer le lundi 15/12
