Pros: roomy, near metro, hot water for showers Cons: unsafe metal strip on floor in kitchen, lack of heat in smaller bathroom, poorly operating sliding bathroom door in smaller bath( guest was stuck when door would not slide open), missing knob in small shower,poorly furnished supplies for dishwasher and washer, coffee maker worked sporadically and eventually did not work
Metal strip poorly maintained and a hazard
Small knob is missing from upper knob in shower making it difficult to regulate the shower
Bought for washer; one reason this we chose this unit was for the clothes washer and there was no detergent provided
Purchased these because there were 2 dishwashing pods available for a 7 day stay

Codes from the door wrong on the first night. Had to get a new hotel. Then they were impossible to get a hold of. Spekt hundreds of dollars on international calls that I was not reimbursed for.
