It was a bit far from paris touristy attractions,so if you have a busy schedual to visit so many places it's not recommended.however in terms of facilities ,tidiness and having freindly staff you could rarely find a better place with this price. try to ask for room with the street view. The breakfast was not include varity of delecious dishes.but good enogh to pay extra money instead of wasting much more in such an expensive city.
Room was good size but : Reception is not 24 h , Stuff do not speak english. You have to pay extra to get clean a room or for toilet paper. I run out with toilet paper at 23:00 and hotel didn't have any for sale. !!!
Used these apartments during Euro 2016 as a budget base to explore Paris and attend several of the games. We arrived very late (11pm on a Saturday night) and were met by a friendly member of staff who got us checked in quickly. We were then given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking Paris. The room itself was clean, 2 single beds, a TV, a hob and a microwave along with the bathroom. There really can be no complaints for the price we paid - everything was in a good condition. From the Eurostar the taxi took around 30minutes and was a surprisingly cheap 20 Euros. However, if you want to use the Metro there is a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest stop (it is more than do-able and well connected to the City but worth bearing in mind). It is also worth noting that people actually live in the apartment block, so don't expect it to be solely devoted to tourists. All in all I would recommend this place if you're looking for a cheap base in an expensive city, I'd definitely stay here again if needed.
We stayed at this property during a recent trip to Paris. The place is relatively clean but in need of some repairs and upgrades. First of all there is no air conditioning in the room we stayed in. No problem! I'll open the window! Nope there are no screens on the windows. I left Paris with tons of mosquito bites on my body because the room was unbearably hot and we had to sleep with the window open. Also, this was a very noisy area. There were several groups of people who would hang out in front of the property blaring music until all hours every night we were there. Secondly, the location is not ideal. Basically you are an hour outside of Paris and 1.5 hours from Disneyland. In order to get to both places you are looking at 3-4 transit transfers. Therefore I would not recommend this property if you are traveling with children. In order to get to the metro station you need to hike up a very steep hill so be ready for that. Other than that the property was okay. There is a grocery store underneath the property to buy food and the room is equipped with enough cooking implements to make a nice meal.
This hotel was clean, comfortable and cheap. Ideal for a 3 night stay in Paris. We found the staff to be welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable with a small kitchenette and large bathroom which was adequately stocked with towels. The room does not come with daily cleaning, which is a chargeable extra, so unless you're willing to pay, I would suggest this hotel would be ideal for a shorter stay in Paris. (approx 9 euros). The hotel is 20 minute walk from the nearest Metro station so it took us a little while to actually get into the centre of Paris, but for the budget price this wasn't a problem and to be expected. Altogether a comfortable hotel, perfect for putting your head down at the end of a long day in Paris.
This is the first time i am writing a review on trip-advisor.. Just because this hotel is worse than what i expected it to be.. 1. The staff is extremely rude and arrogant..looks like they have rented us the room for free.. 2. No cleaning that takes place no matter how many days you spend here. 3. The beds are mere moving mattresses and not even stable.. 4. They just have 1 iron for the entire hotel(we checked with them before reaching and they assured that we will get it after we arrive). Even after asking for the iron a couple of times, the receptionist kept on denying that he cant ask back the iron from the other guest and mind you he was VERY RUDE.He didnt even have any idea to whom it was issued. 5. No air conditioner in any of the rooms. 6. Worst customer satisfaction and customer service ever. 7. And the space for taking shower is nt even sufficient for a kid to take it..leave a person with a normal built.. All this makes me and my husband so annoyed that we decided to write the review while staying here..so i am writing it here.. Thanx and all the best
The hotel has great advantages: Bus 183 takes you from Orly Airport to 100m away from the hotel. This bus also takes you to Porte de Choisy, which is a Hub for metro line 7 and tram no 3. The rooms are clean and nice. Lots of kitchen appliances are present such ad microwave, kettle, coffee brewer and stuff. Front desk is always helpful. Shortcomings: Although the rooms are very clean, cleaning of rooms and changing linens cost you 12 euros. If you stay 2 3 nights there will be no problem but for longer periods may do. 12 euro is an acceptable amount if you consider the economic room prices. Full cleaning of the room costs 36 euro, which is not needed if you do not stay more than a week. The place is recommended. You will be in the heart of paris in 30 mins.
Its a rely nice property. More like an big guess house or an appartment rental. The place was clean, quiet and most important is very easy to travel for downtown Paris here with the subway. Very nice prices compared to one you have inside Paris and as I told already very easy to travel from it to Paris with the subway, a very important thing in the crowded Paris. For sure I will go back here everytime when I have to pay for my sejour in Paris (vacation and not work traveling). Realy nice staff and amiable.
It's a clean hotel with friendly stuff. Close to bus station and not so far from the metro. (we used metro to get to Paris, line 7b) We had an apartment with kitchen and rooftop balcony, the room was quite big and clean. There are shops nearby like carrefour and metro. Good value for money.
Great alternative when in Paris. Good rates, clean, friendly receptionists. Bring soap and a corkscrew (wine is cheaper than Coke). Quiet and safe town, Carrefour supermarket on the same block. 10-blocks uphill to get to the subway station.
