The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking utensils and dishes. You’ll easily feel at home preparing your meals.



A staircase leads to the souplex sleeping area, separated from the rest of the apartment, offering privacy and a peaceful retreat. The double bed features quality bedding for a restful sleep. Storage space is available for your personal items.



The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower, sink, toilet, as well as all the essentials: towels, hairdryer, and welcome toiletries.



The apartment is designed to make your stay both practical and enjoyable. Bed linen is provided, and self check-in is available for added flexibility.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the apartment.

Keys can be picked up from a secure locker located 7 minutes away on foot, open daily from 8:00 AM to midnight.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is full of historic cafés, art galleries, old bookstores, and elegant boutiques. Stroll through refined streets, enjoy a coffee at Café de Flore or Les Deux Magots, or indulge in a pastry from Maison Mulot.



Paris’s most iconic landmarks are within walking distance: the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Musée d’Orsay, and the peaceful Luxembourg Gardens. Just a few minutes away, the Seine riverbanks invite leisurely walks along booksellers and the Île de la Cité.



The area is lively yet calm, with a typically Parisian cultural and intellectual atmosphere. You’ll find markets, gourmet grocery stores, cheese shops, wine merchants, and restaurants ranging from classic brasseries to hidden gastronomic gems. - In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
