Disliked: Cleanliness
Ground floor apartment overlooking a fairly quiet street and well located. That's about all it has going for it. Noisy building, be ready to take advantage of your neighbors' showers and be careful when you go out into the patio because the neighbors on the top floor use the garbage disposal through the window... The apartment itself is much cleaner in the photo than in reality. Moisture stains, radiator placed on the floor, wobbly dining table because the legs are broken, broken chairs too. Faulty electrical outlets screwed with screws that are not up to safety standards, toilet paper to plug the keyholes, mold on the bathroom tile joints. Decent bedding but only rely on the fitted sheet and the duvet cover, apparently the pillowcases were optional. In terms of security, anyone can enter the building, simply enter the code on the front door by following the numbers that have been weathered with use.

BonjourIl y a beaucoup de travaux a côté de l'appartement, on aurait aimé être au courant! Marteau piqueur, ouvrier... impossible de dormir le matin! Début des travaux a 8h.L'appartement pas très propres. Trou boucher par du papier toilette! Manque beaucoup de vaisselle, appartement pour 4 et que 3 cuillère, 3 bols,...Table et chaise bouge beaucoup, prêtes a cassé.Le dernier soir, un odeur horrible dans l'appartement! Et pas d'internet malgré ma demande...Du coup pas pu prevenir le propriétaires car je n'avais pas d'internet! Heureusement on a fait que dormir, on partait tot et on rentrait tard! Mais literie tres bien. Cdt
