Lovely, warm and very bright 80 square metre flat, close to line 14, the main transport link for the Paris Olympic Games, close to competition venues (Bercy Arena) and the JO entertainment zone on the banks of the Seine. A quiet district with a wide range of food shops (delicious bakeries, cheese shops, greengrocers), supermarkets and a number of very pleasant restaurants and cafés. Close to the Bois de Vincennes.
The accommodation
This flat comprises three small mezzanine bedrooms, one of which is open-plan, and a large common room (55 m2) with a dining area, lounge and kitchen. Located on the 5th and top floor of the building (with lift), it has a double aspect and a lovely view over the rooftops of Paris, with no direct neighbours. It is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, etc.
