Charming Left Bank Apartment

Charming apartment, very well located on the left bank. Like most old Paris apartments there is no a/c so if you are staying in July it can be a little warm up on the 3rd floor when the temp is above mid 20s. The 3rd party contact we dealt with to gain access and for any issues during our stay was frustrating to deal with - very poor communication and he wasn’t there to let us in upon arrival at agreed time. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing, we kept rolling into the middle throughout the night.

Terrific location walkable to major museums, Notre Dame, etc; great access to train and metro and tons of restaurant choices. Check in and out was very easy and pleasant. Apartment has a nice kitchen and bath. There was a lot of restoration of the exterior of the building happening so the appearance outside was not be the same as picture...but it was not noisy --workers were very respectful. There are a lot of stairs up to apartment which was fine for us but just something to be aware of. Delphine was very responsive to questions as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Paris Vacation

Location!!! This property is centrally located to many of the primary attractions in Paris, it was amazing! We were able to walk all over the city and get to so many of the things we wanted to see in the short amount of time we were in Paris. At the end of the day we would hop on the metro which is steps away from the property. There are so many fun cafés and shops off the beaten path in the neighborhood, it was fun to explore. Delphine was a dream to work with, she was highly communicative and responded quickly to questions.

Amazing location!

Great place to stay for our family of 4. Station nearby can get you just about anywhere, especially major train stations and airport (CDG). Can walk to the Louvre! Owner and management company very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Amazing location

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful historic building in my favourite area of Paris. The apartment was clean and anything we needed was dealt with quickly. Yes, there are lots of steps but they are part of the character and charm of the historic building. We would happily stay here again

De Belles Vacances dans une Belle Maison!

Delphine's apartment is even better than the photos depict! Each room, including the kitched and the bathroom, is spacious and beautifully decorated. Check in and check out were both easy and efficient, and when we needed help with the front door one evening, Delphine and Aimane came to our rescue within minutes. While there was scaffolding in the courtyard due to renovations, there was no noise from the work crew, and it was so quiet over night that we almost forgot we were in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Paris! Access to the metro, cafes, Notre Dame, museums, and the Seine is at your fingertips. We can't wait to return next year! Thank you Delphine!

Great apartment, excellent location, and nice staff

We love the apartment. It is super close to everything. People are also nice. They offered a lift from the airport on Christmas Day and allowed early check-in. I highly recommend it!
