- A 25 m² enclosed terrace with furniture on fine days (fitted out during spring and summer).

The house is ideally located in Quincy-Voisins, in very pleasant surroundings. It is within easy reach of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market (5 minutes by car and 13 minutes on foot).
