Fantastic tiny apartment in central Paris

We had a great time at this property! It’s veryyyyy small, we had two adults and it would have been tough w more, but every detail was thought of and the flat is fully outfitted. When the sofa bed is expanded, it does cover the entirety of the living room floor. Also the ladder to the loft wouldn’t be suitable for very small children. We hope to return sometime. The location is terrific.

Lovely little apartment. Close to Eiffel Tower and walking distance to other sight seeing attractions. Has everything you need for a short stay including washing machine. Clean. Great building . Prompt communication from host. Easy to access as we arrived at 22.00 hrs, keypad entry. To note: this is a small apartment . Ideal for two practical wise. Once the sofa bed is out you cannot walk around the living area. If guest on the mezzanine need the bathroom overnight they have to stand on you on the sofa bed when climbing down the ladder. You also can’t stand up on the mezzanine (unless you’re small).

Excellent location

The property was very clean, in a safe area and well located near Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. The metro was a couple of blocks away. There were good restaurants and a grocery store very close. The unit was clean and the host accessible if needed. We are a fit couple of 60 year olds and found the ladder access to the sleeping area frustrating after the first couple of days of our week long stay.

Absolutely in love with this spot! The location was incredible and the apartment was charming and perfect for our Paris girls trip! Perfect stay in Paris

Our apartment in Paris was fabulous! The building is safe, clean and in a good neighborhood right near Eiffel Tower. Our unit was very nice and just enough space to accommodate my husband, daughter and I. Our hotel manager was phenomenal!! From communicating before our arrival to providing incites on the area, to assuring we enjoyed our stay from beginning to end - Sabine went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!!
