Our overnight was very good. Reception staff was efficient and helpful. Room 409 is spacious and faces the parking side, not the street, and not too far from the elevators. Bedding is comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. No other toiletries than soap are offered. Coffee to go in the room was a blessing because we had an early medical appointment and had no time for breakfast. The latter is the only meal offered at the on site restaurant. Parking facilities are secured and $8.00 fee is very reasonable for Paris. The only negative is not having access from the hotel interior. One needs to go outside. Location is excellent for visiting various hospital facilities in the area. Easy to get taxi nearby. There are many eateries at walking distance. Area looked safe to walk around.

The staff were superbly accommodating and went beyond to help me work in the lovely garden area. I arrived 3hours before check in and decided to finish off some work before my meeting nearby. They brought out an extension lead to power my laptop without my requesting and made me feel most welcome. The room was comfortable and decent. The dining area was very nice and the garden was lovely in the warmth of Paris in September. As I wrote it was the helpful and attentive staff that were the stand out feature. Their kindness lifted my spirits after such an early flight and helped set me up for the meeting ahead. Excellent treatment.

Receptionist have racist,not give us right bedroom

The hotel looks new and nice but the bedroom floor is dirty, they didn’t mop, my kids socks is so dirty. For the rooms part problem: We have booked 2 double bedrooms and earlier receptionist already told us the room number and will be side by side. But when we get the key, the other receptionist gave us different room, one with one bed and one with 3 beds, and tell us, the room that should give us, already gave to someone else. Well, at the end they do have another 2 double bedroom, but I have no idea why they give us one bedroom first. Other than that, everything is ok.

They messed up with the booking first and had cancelled our booking, luckily they had a spare room at this busy season otherwise we would not have had any place to stay. After a long wait they confirmed the booking and then they provided a room which was already allocated to someone else. which we got to know when we tried to open the gate and someone else from the room responded suspecting why someone is trying to open. This too I had to figure out myself. Finally they provided a room which was not the kind we had booked and was supposed to be meant for disabled guests. Cleanliness of the room was poor. Daily room service only made the bed without even cleaning the sheets. They didn't clean the whole room for 3 days. Pathetic hotel service and overall experience.

The aircon will be switched on only from june/july, and they dont put this info on their advert while booking the room. I have 3 nights during easter break and it was very hot outside and inside with 28 degrees temp and theres no aircon made our stay very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The staff were not very helpful. The room itself is cramped and no space to move around.

Not happy staff, poor internet and shower.

Staff don't want to smile, seemed overworked and not supported. Check out took a very long time because there was one lady on duty only. The hotel is OK, but the internet was incredibly slow. You couldn't watch the TV as it was only web-tv. Glad I didn't need to watch a movie! Shower temperature kept changing from very hot to cold - ANNOYING!

Not fancy, but good value & offers what you need.

The only small area which was not as easy as it could be was the check-in, which took a while (not so much my personal check-in but the wait to get to the front of the queue). Apart from that the area is not the best, but based on y personal needs it was very convenient as it is close to our office in St Ouen.
