Stand out feature of this hotel is the friendly staff, who all greet you as you walk through its relatively small nicely furnished lobby, at any time of day. They'll happy to help you with requests. Room had travel plugs in the cupboard which was great. They are comfortable, with regular service of a high standard. My one qualm is the restaurant is expensive, and our friends said the breakfast they'd paid for was poor. But across the road is an absolutely fantastic bakery called Josephine with a lovely lady and amazing bread and sandwiches. Location is fantastic, a four minute walk to the arc du triumph and the metro there which connects you nearly everywhere in Paris.
Great location, clean hotel, staff is friendly but way too busy and they forget about you. Checked in on Friday check in process was simple n easy, got my keys n room was super clean but bathroom door was not moving at all called front desk it took hour to get someone to look at and he said sorry can't fix right away and got new room and everything was fine now. Next morning called front desk for Taxi to airport and they forgot to order one and front desk walked to street n grabbed one taxi for us but this was worst taxi ride ever so scary driving like he is on racing track. Anyway hotel has lot of offer but staff need training and be more confident everyone looks so confuse.
The location of this hotel is ideal. It is a short walk from the Arc du Triomphe and a slightly longer walk to the Eiffel Tower,. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was on the second floor and overlooked the restaurant. We were surprised at how small the room was, and most especially the cramped, tiny shower, It was not easy to use. I dropped a shampoo bottle and literally hit my head on the soap dish standing back up. The bathroom layout was awkward, and the countertop was pitted with watermarks. It needed to be replaced. The hotel staff was professional. They always welcomed us back when we walked in. We were disappointed that, the one night we decided to stay in and eat at the hotel, the restaurant was being used for a private party and we could not eat there. Overall, it was not what I would have expected from a hotel of this caliber.
Situated on a quiet side street on the west side of Paris, a few blocks from Champs-Elysees shopping and the Arc de Triomphe and it's metro stop. High street-side rooms have a great view of the Eiffel Tower, a 20 minute stroll away. The edge of the giant park Bois de Boulogne is a 15 minute walk the other way. Take the grand tour down the Champs-Elysees from Arc de Triomphe through the Tuileries gardens, Place de la Concorde and up through the gardens to the Louvre, then back down the Seine to the Eiffel Tower and home. A fantastic central Paris location. Front desk is friendly and efficient. Free wifi with IHG membership.
Modern and cosy hotel. Excellent service and great breakfast. Rooms were of good size and beds as well as linen very clean and smooth. Nice hotel to have quality time. Well situated close to Avenue Chaps-Elysee
Amazing boutique hotel in an amazing location!!! Only two minutes walk to the Champs Elysees Avenue and 10 minutes walk to the famous Trocadero square overlooking the Eiffel Tower. All rooms at the hotel are uniquely different as each room has a different layout and is in fact unique in a way or another. Rooms are modern, clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. The size of the room is average but can't say that it's small. I loved the design on the ceiling of the room which is done as if it's an ancient room with a painting of an old scene. The hotel's breakfast offers a good range of varieties and delicious egg omelettes.... the staff are extremely nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wants to have a lovely experience in Paris.
Even if my room faced the street and was on the 1st floor i was not disturbed at all by the traffic. Neither by the other hotel guests. So such a silent hotel. Room is not large - but large enough. WiFi could really improve, not the best speed and now and then - or rather very often - it disappears and comes back in some few seconds. Very irritating. Some rooms have a Handy phone one can use while out on town, mine had. But it didn't work so i left it to the concierge/reception for fixing and it wasn't fixed - nor replaced. Or excuse given, except at check out. So no Handy phone in my room.. Bathroom is very good. Good bathtub to soak in after long Parisian walks. So yes the hotel is very good, but with some improvement needed on wifi and feedback to guests when there is a problem.
This is a small boutique hotel in a relatively quiet neighborhood near the Arc de Triomphe. Even though I was facing the street, I never heard any street noise! The room was a nice size with very very high ceilings that had a mural on the ceiling! The room was spotless. The food at the breakfast buffet was wonderful and they even made eggs to order. there was a very pretty patio off the restaurant if you wanted to dine al fresco. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this as a great hotel if you wanted to stay on the right bank.
This small hotel offers decent, but not spectacular rooms, at hefty prices. The staff and professionalism is of a very high standard. Recommend room overlooking courtyard to avoid street noise. Really helpful with maps and directions.
