It is the ideal starting point to discover Paris!

The studio is renovated, with shower room and fitted kitchen, on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a 15th century building.

The kitchenette is well equipped: microwave, fridge with ice cube tray, plates, Nespresso, dishes.

Arrive at the time you want, thanks to the secure padlock!

Housing:
the accommodation is in the heart of the Marais, you have the entire studio for yourself, it's small (around 15m2), but very functional, and refurbished,

1 minute from Place des Vosges, and 50 meters from Place Saint Catherine which is the subject of many film sets!

It is a sofa bed with wooden slats of 140cm, the ideal is to be alone but always possible for two. we added 2 on mattresses to make it even better for sleeping,

The studio has exposed beams, the building is very old, it dates from 1490.

The studio is well equipped!
