Service training is needed for few employe . Lot of noice like running water in my room . My room key get désactivâted a lot even at registration I had to go back 3 time at the front desk and the finally put me in a different room
The maids knocked on my door every morning even when I had do not disturb sign on. I was jetlag and trying to sleep. The gym and sauna are not attached and the gym across the way promised isn't nice. Too far from paris.

Its a decent hotel for the price but the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Regular rooms are extremely small, I felt a little claustrophobic at times. They tell you room service is 24 hours but it ends around 10, we tried to order several times and was told it was not available. The hotel bar is open till midnight but there is nobody there after 9. Hotel does not have free ice or water available. Mini-fridge in my room was not working, and neither was the Air conditioner. I told them about it and they said its not possible to fix, too bad. Facility and rooms are kept clean, thats the only nice thing I can say. Definitely will not be staying in this hotel again.
Friendly staff, very clean hotel located in commercial/residential area. Adjacent to major highway, tram stop with connection to Paris across the street. Restaurant on the pricey side, selections somewhat limited.
Very nice hotel and very helpful staff also has good Restaurant and grate food, close to public Transport.
