The hotel was advertised with a restaurant and bar, there were neither. I booked a non smoking room, guests had clearly smoked in them. The hotel had WiFi, however this didn't work unless standing at reception (either guest network). The hotel felt dirty and uncared for. Two guys parked in a car in front of the hotel were inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon. They then threw the cylinder in the gutter and walked into the hotel. The experience was truly awful, and I left immediately.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent service.(breakfast in the room, Amazing 👌) But if you’re a tea or coffee lover like me, no kettle, no tea or coffee neither water in the room. Forget about a cuppa before bed or when you feel like it. 😂 No interphone in the room , you have to go downstairs to reception if you need something. Overall nice place to stay! The view of the river ! The view of the river Seine from the Restaurant !! Amazing

Great stay for a short trip

Amazing hotel & my go to whenever im in paris! The staff provide excellent service & are super understanding. Based in a quiet area but the station is a short walk away to get into central paris. The only downside is the rooms lack some basic hotel amenities and should consider to invest in; kettles, mini fridge & bottled water.

It was lovely staying at this modern river hotel. The hotel is close to public transport. Only downside was that their is no facilities in the room to make coffee or tea.

Elevator didn't work which was a joke. I've been a hotel maintenance manager before and this is something that gets fixed IMMEDIATELY! What a joke dragging our luggage through the rain around the building. Felt sorry for the housekeepers dragging everything up and down the stairs

Nice hotel - but with flaws

nice hotel on the outskirts of Paris overlooking the Seine, modern, nice comfortable room, nice fixtures (like twin bedside USB's for charging devices. Balcony was a nice size, but beware of the mozzies!(you are next to the river, its to be expected). Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was 'closed for holiday' whilst i was there, so i cant comment on the food....thankfully there were a number of options locally (uber-eats for me). There was no parking as such, i just parked down the side street and wasn't advised otherwise, however there was an entrance which looked like it could accommodate parking, but there was no signage to suggest thats where you parked. Wifi was non existant from room 2 (ground floor) it connected with a very weak signal and trickled along until giving up about 20 minutes later - Phone signal on EE (UK) was also weak in the room...not great for trying to work, but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was nice, shower was powerful and hot. would i stay again?....well its a good 40 mins out from the center of paris (with traffic) if commuting isnt an issue, i'd stay again, but i'd check to see if the restaurant was open!

Nice modern hotel, heating was broken..

Nice modern hotel. Very clean and comfortable and exactly what we were after for our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Only negative was that the heating/air conditioning was broken and we were given a floor heater instead which I wasn’t happy with and didn’t do the job to heat the room which is what we paid for on the hotels website. We weren’t told about this either.

Opened in 2016 so its new and clean

A little Gem out of central Paris, on a quiet part of the Seine. Ideal if you have a car. the Beds large and comfortable, rooms are very clean and there are those with a balcony view of the Seine. The room is a good size with ample storage space. the bathroom is wet-room style and is quite compact but functional, not much room for lots of toiletries if you have them. Maybe not the best Area of Paris but this location is quiet and relaxing if that's what you need after a busy day this is the place.
