The Hotel is not far away located from the Football Stadium and to the next Metro Station. A Long the Hotel you can find many bars and Restaurants. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are all very small but that is what you Need when you are in Paris. We enjoyed this small, nice and fine Hotel. Good breakfast. Only debt is the public paking lot is far away.
Nice staff, but the survey I filled in before my stay was completly useless, I clicked that I wanted extra pillows and a town map but got neither. Breakfast was good, also good selection of teas beside the coffee and some juices. The bed were REALLY comfy, I could've sleep there forever. The bathroom is really small, espacially the shower, I am not the thinnest person so I had some problems with this. Allover great hotel, would definetly recommend to others (:
It was my second time in this beautiful hotel! I would highly recommend it. The location is really very good. The staff extremely friendly! Especially Kamal. The breakfast is very nice too. I'll come definantly back the Alpha hotel Paris!!!! Thanks for everything!!!
My initial thoughts were to find a new hotel before stepping food inside. The small hotel is located a 3 minute walk from Marcel Sembat station. Down a quiet road which gets dark at night. It will take you about 45 minutes to get to central Paris from the hotel. I would not recommend staying here if you are a tourist, you can certainly find closer hotels for the same price. As a young female I would not stay in this area alone. Breakfast was ok, a small buffet offering all the necessities. The lobby was nice and large and the Eiffel Tower theme is interesting. Considering you are no where near the actual tower - quite misleading really. Apparently the hotel is newly refurbished. I would have hated to arrive before this. The carpet on the stairs is worn, the paint work isn't great. The bathroom was nice, modern shower, nice hair dryer and clean tiles. The bedroom was tiny, no head board on the bed and you only get 1 pillow each. If your on the 4th floor like I was, you will not get wifi in your room. There are no tea & coffee making facilities. There was no welcome card or letter in your room. It had a very much had a neglected feel. The staff were really nice and helpful, I feel bad for leaving such an honest review however I do not want others to be as disappointed as I was on my weekend away. I imagine it would be a good hotel to stay for business but I will not visit on a leisurely holiday again.
Great hospitality and warmth shown by the staff. They were helpful in suggesting places to visit and restaurants to try out. The rooms were clean but since I was there during the hot summer days, a lack of an A/C was a bit of a discomfort. Rooms were cleaned every day and the toiletries were of high quality. Breakfast was good and the complementary 'Ceylon Tea' served at the lobby was a great value-add. I would certainly stay here when I visit Paris again.
Nice and simple. Small rooms and extremely small baths, but clean and everything is working. Including a fast wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast simple but all you need. Refreshments all day at the lobby. No air condition, but you can get a fan in the lobby.
The staff were as helpful as possible and had better hospitality than most 5-star hotels. Felt right at home, and always attended to. Staff went the extra mile on numerous occasions when they did not need to.
Small, but very clean hotel with friendly staff! Situated in a nice neighborhood, where you will get a non-tourist look at Paris. Easy walking distance to local pasteries, (small) groceries, street market (on Sunday morning), PSG stadium, and 2 metro stations. Hotel has a small courtyard and reception area to relax in the orning (with breakfast) or in the evening when returning from sight-seeing. We were completely new toParis, traveling with 2 children (4 and 9), and we had no trouble getting comfortable with the area around the hotel, and navigate Paris (and Versailles) from here. Rooms are small, but very clean and neat. Location is removed from center of Paris, but it is an easy walk to Metro, and short ride to points of interest.
We stayed here for what was supposed to be 1 night to go to Roland Garros, but due to strikes we stayed for 2 nights. The staff was extremely helpful to our situation. They were also very helpful with directions as we were on foot or on Metro. The hotel is very clean and supplies nice bath products. The location was any easy walk to Roland Garros and our favorite area restaurant. The location is off the busy streets so noise is at a minimum. We will definitely stay here again when we come back for the French Open 2017- fingers-crossed. The Tour Eiffel decor is very charming with fun facts about the tower inscribed on the walls. However, it is not very close geographically to the tower and neither of our rooms had a tower view- if that is important to you.
We were in Paris with our 11 month old baby. This hotel is tiny but cozy and nice. There is a metro station within 2 minutes walking distance, which was a huge plus. Cold breakfast was served and it was yummy. We requested for a room with a view of Eiffel Tower and they did give one where we could see the top bit of it. The bathroom was the tiniest I've ever been to, but was clean and had towels, shampoo, body lotion. The room had a heater so even though the weather in Paris was very cold we were comfortable in our room. The lift is the slowest and tiniest ever, so we put the stroller and the luggage to it (no space for anything else) and pressed the floor number and took the stairs to reach the floor of our room. The staff was friendly and helpful specially when it came to preparing baby's meals. I would come again if I'm lucky enough to be in Paris one more time..
