Appartement correct, communication avec la "conciergerie" horrible
L'appartement est plutôt sympa quoique un peu "froid" dans sa déco. Cuisine minuscule, chambre agréable, lit très confortable.
Gros défaut : devoir traverser la chambre pour aller à la salle de bains, et surtout aux toilettes !
Quartier plutôt sympa, nombreux commerces.
Le plus grave : comme de plus en plus souvent (et malheureusement, à mon sens), cet appartement ne semble pas habité mais géré par une "conciergerie" (UHP, "Your Home Partner", basée à Londres !!!).
J'ai eu avec eux des problèmes sans fin (rappels quotidiens que je devais payer alors que c'était fait depuis longtemps, puis que je devais régler la caution alors que c'était fait également etc.). A chaque fois, j'avais l'impression de lire une relance et une réponse d'une personne différente... A moins que ce ne soit la machine elle-même ? Ils m'ont donné l'explication d'un bug de synchronisation entre eux et Abritel, mais bon...
Sans compter qu'ils encaissent la caution (pourquoi donc, alors qu'il existe bien d'autres façons de faire ?), laquelle caution n'est remboursée qu'au bout de plusieurs jours (l'argent serait-il placé sur le marché du gaz russe en attendant ?).
J'espère pour les prochains locataires, que cette "conciergerie" améliorera son organisation et sa communication !
