Honestly speaking I found this hotel very convenient for what I needed...a clean and nice place from where set off and visit the city. It's in a great location, steps away from the "Arc de Triomphe" and underground from which you can reach all the places you love. The parking is not on site yet there is a car part only 3 minutes walking distance. The room are pretty small (at least the one I was given) yet very functional, modern and super clean just the way I like it. I was impressed with the decor as it gave to the hotel a sophisticated tone. Given it was a last minute booking cannot comment too much on the price/quality ratio but I personally thought it was ok for what I got
I have just arrived At the hotel and all went well initially. I decided to buy Disneyland tickets through the hotel.after purchasing the tickets i went to the room with my family jumped online and found that they had charged 14 euros more per ticket than the Disneyland website.back down to reception to query this. All i got was excuses and that that is their price and that the tickets are non refundable.they neglected to tell me this when buying the tickets.what a joke.i will not recommend this hotel as they are not transparent with pricing or that tickets are non refundable.i am beyond angry.i hope a manager sees this while im still in the hotel the next 2 days.
As with all Parisian hotels, rooms are small, but hey, your'e there for the world's most amazing city, so get out and explore. A short stroll from the Arc de Triomphe, and Champs-Elysses, makes this 3 star hotel a perfect base to explore. sure theres more plush hotels, but get it at the right price, and its a bargain.
I stayed at the Elysees Paris in June of 2017 for one night, I booked for a King Bedroom with the view of Champs Elysees. ( depending on the website or if you book directly with the hotel you sometimes are able to get a very good price) The hotel does not offer amenities such as spa, jacuzzi, sitting lobby, dining room or any, it is a converted Parisian apartment building that has been renovated properly and it has an elevator ( many smaller Parisian hotels do not have elevators) I was very impressed with the size of the room, I received a King Bed and another additional sofa bed in a smaller room and a bathroom with the entire window and view of the Main Street facing Champs Elysees, you can literally see the Arc De Triumph from the window. I would recommend this hotel to someone who needs a good location in Paris for a business trip, however make sure that you are shopping around for the pricing of the hotels because they become listed at very different prices on the internet. If you are able to score a good pricing, then I would say this hotel has a great value for money return ratio. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was rather small it was clean and tidy. The best part for us was how well the hotel is located. It's close to the Metro and obviously the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees.
Crappy internet, tiny room, no hair dryer, no parking, really not worth the price. The breakfast is nothing special. Cold eggs and dry sausages. Better get the breakfast from a bistro nearby for half the price.
Dear Sir, Me and my wife appreciate your answer, unfortunately for us, we have got a little tiny room where we had to sleep and for which we had to pay as a normal hotel junior suite, it was in a old time a garage for sure, the toilette didn't allow two people to be in at the same time, to go in our room we had to go out in the porch which with the rain was not so nice, the breakfast was very poor comparing to the price applied and coffe from a real coffe machine was charged as a surplus. Do you think this is normal? The international breakfast is just a word not a fact. I think that be fair is not what you do , the hotel is located in a very concerning street, old and dark, the buildings around and yours look like houses in the middle of the low level popular street, yes on the Main Street there is the Arc but it s another Street not where you are. The waitress during the breakfast was a bit shy or not well skilled to follow the few tables you had for breakfast, tables and chairs too attached to each other, small tables and very uncomfortable chairs. The price? Not fair at all, I felt and we felt ripped off, we travel all over the world every week so we know bit about hotels since 30 years. Nothing personal but, we didn t have a nice time over there.
I don't understand all the negative reviews here, I found this place to be great. Yes the rooms are not the biggest, although if like me you have stayed in 6 hotels within this area in the past 2 months, you will not be disappointed, they are bigger than other places round here. Its in the 17th arrondissement, Paris..... not a country hotel. So get used to small rooms. The room which I am staying is a deluxe double, and I can honestly say its a lovely, modern place to be. The bathroom is great, the shower simply blasts you from above with constant temperature, and the bluetooth amenities are great to hook up your music. The room is complimented with a nice big TV on the wall, and you also get faux fur pillows lol... Its very playboy :) Wifi is fine, better than most around here, rooms clean and the staff seem friendly Location as ever is superb, the 17th is great for everything... shopping, travel, access to Champs etc.. you won't be bored here Look, this is a 3 star Paris hotel... you are not staying at the four seasons, so understand that not everything will look a million dollars. What I will say is that you will not be disappointed. My only gripe, and this really is a small gripe. Put another mirror in the room, rather than simply in the bathroom. It would be very helpfull.
The hotel is not recommended at all. The rooms are tiny and u can hard put ur luggage. The breakfast room is one 4 tables so if u have kids u will find it difficult to fit in the place without causing a mess. The service is not good, they gave us a room where the door of the bathroom ( it was a sliding door) was missing!!! So whenever i wanted to use the bathroom i had to go to another room to we booked for the rest if our family!!such a disappointing experience
I stayed at this hotel from the 21 August to the 25th August. They have taken the charge of the room twice from my credit card and despite telling me they will refund the additional charge by a certain date have failed to do so. I have contacted them at least 20 times and sent countless emails to Caroline - who apparently is the Manager and have had zero response. I am starting to get concerned that this is some type of scam as in any normal business my call would have been returned by now. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
