Not the property shown on the listing , an adjacent apartment. Very disappointing. I contacted the investors but was ignored No WiFi , no one picked up the phone number given for emergencies. The email I finally received was again not for this unit. No apology neither . I stopped communicating at this time , knowing it was one night. No heating neither as the managing company did not turn it on ( it is collective ) The cleaning crew showed up two minutes before 10am ( 2 men and a lady ) . It did not feel safe , I was happy to leave and will not be back.
