Unfortunately this was a very bad stay for us.There was flooding in the master bedroom, which leaked into the electrical system. We called immediately for help and no one came or helped. When we used the plugs they sparked. At night the lights in the master bedroom and the living room flashed all night due to the water in the lighting system. Which made it impossible to sleeps. We understand issues can happen but the host made no efforts at all to help solve either the flooding which was extensive and ruined the stay, or to address the safety of the electricity. They instead asked us to turn off the breakers and left us in darkness for those lights effected. No flood damage or plumber was sent, and no electrician was sent. Had any effort been made to assist us with these dangerous and obstructive situations we would have not put it in the review? But it is clear the property manager doesn’t care about the guests stay or the safety so we felt compelled to review this.In addition, the master downstairs bedroom was next to the trash cans for the entire building. From 3am to 5 am the trash collectors have cigarettes next to the window and each of many trash can is rolled out. There is no possibility to sleep in the downstairs master bedroom.Additionally, the tiny closet bedroom has no doors and is under stairs. That room you can hear every person walking on theirs as the bars and restaurants close all night long and you can hear every conversation.
