Nice apartment in a good location

We were an extended family of 6 adults staying in Paris for the firat time. The photos made it look larger than it is and it has a a cavelike feeling in the common are due to the lack of windows. It was nicely decorated and very modern. Unfortunately there was only enough hot water for one person at a time so we had to learn to staggr the showers. Otherwise it was a good choice.The check in and out process was good with Aymar. It would be more helpful if the communication could have happened prior to a few days beforehand as we were traveling. I asked to check in early and eventually found out that we couldn't but were able to leave our luggage while the cleaning was done, which was very helpful. The location was convenient to seeing the city, restaurants, ansights,shops, re
